By accessing and using 1 Web Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

1 Web Analytics provides a dashboard to view and monitor multiple Google Analytics properties in one place. The Service fetches data from Google Analytics on your behalf using authorized API access.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Google account to use the Service
• You must have legitimate access to the Google Analytics properties you add to the dashboard
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We request read-only access to your Google Analytics data and do not store your analytics metrics.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Web Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
